Q1: What is CrossFit to you?

A1: I never heard about crossfit until the day i joined and now i am addicted. It’s a community where you can have fun and achieve goals

Q2: What do you love about CrossFit?

A2: Focus on overall fitness and not just body parts, variety of workouts, the community and the coaches

Q3: What do you love about CrossFit Bothell?

A3: Amazing coaches, support from the community and the owners ūüôā

Q4: What’s your biggest accomplishment at CrossFit thus far?

A4: I lost 13lbs, Handstand pushups, pistols, rope climb and lift weights more than my body weight

Q5: What is the goal you are working on at CrossFit?

A5: Double unders and muscle ups

A6: Pullups, Pushups and weightlifting

A7: My work, food and i love dancing

A11: I was just lazy to go to gym or running on my own and just fed up with sitting on couch and gaining weight. One fine day on internet while searching for group workout “crossfit” popped up and decided to give a try and that’s it, it’s the best decision i made in my life, since joining i lost weight, became strong and improved my mobility
