Nutrition Coaching

Nutrition is the foundation of fitness. In the gym we spend an hour working on metabolic conditioning, gymnastics, weightlifting, and even the sport of fitness. They all build on one another. The nutrition foundation allows us to improve and excel in all of these other areas, but it is the one piece we can’t help very much with during a group class. Because of this, it is the one we struggle with the most and what might be slowing you down.

How does this work? You will choose which coach who you would like to work with. They will send you a survey and questionnaire, plus some food diary homework. After you return this information, they will analyze where you are, where you want to go, and develop a personalized plan to get you there. You will just need to choose one of the following plans based on the level of personalized attention you would like.

Intro Package – $99

  • ½ hour consult

Committed Package – $199 (3-month commitment)

  • ½ hour consult
  • Analysis of current food
  • Personalized dietary strategy updated weekly based on your goals and current habits
  • One on one check-ins from your coach 1-2 times a week
  • Access to coach for questions

Invested Package – $299 (3-month commitment)

  • ½ hour consult
  • Analysis of current food
  • Personalized dietary strategy updated weekly based on your goals and current habits
  • One on one check-ins from your coach 3-6 times a week
  • Access to coach for questions
  • Menu planning
  • Guided Shopping trip and meal prep
  • Strategies for specific menus/restaurants/bars/events
