If you are coming in from out of town we welcome all Crossfitters, so long you have been training regularly for at least 3 months. We recommend you arrive about 10 minutes prior to your class time. We will have you fill out a waiver, and give you a quick tour of our space.
A 2 week introductory course designed to get you ready for our General Prepared Fitness program (CrossFit). Classes are 1 hour a week, four days a week. Once you complete Foundations, you will receive an additional 6 classes to use at your convenience in our GPP course offerings.
Unlimited class per week. In small groups, follow our General Preparedness Fitness programming developed to help you reach your goals. The movements are functional, safe and adaptable for all. Each class is one hour, no two days are the same and results are dramatic.
